Action for rescission of contract of purchase of store fixtures a-id for return of money paid thereon. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Daniel P. Trade, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
