Prosecution for deception and fraud of a serious nature in violation of a city ordinance. Defendant found guilty and fined $100. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John Richardson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.

Reversed.
