The People of the State of Illinois, defendant in error, v. Charles Krahenbuhl, plaintiff in error.

Charge under Prohibition Act of sale, unlawful possession and manufacture of intoxicating liquor. Defendant found guilty and sentenced to a fine of $200 and confinement in county jail for 60 days. Error to the County Court of Lee county; the Hon. John B. Crabtree, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded.
