Action by stockholders for interlocutory order appointing receiver of a corporation pendente lite and without notice, directors being charged with misappropriation of assets, and conspiracy to file fictitious voluntary bankruptcy proceedings. Judgment for plaintiffs. Interlocutory appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. G.- Fred Rush, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Reversed.
