Action in forcible detainer, defense claiming agreement for a 99-year lease, which agreement was claimed to be void under statute of frauds. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
