Action by agent to determine interest payable to him in accordance with decree of this court in former action for commission claimed for services in effecting consolidation of two insurance corporations; involving question of an adjustment accepted by plaintiff, and dates from which said interest was payable. Judgment for plaintiff. For former appeal, see 222 III. App. 671. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Ira Ryner, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded with directions.
