Action in forcible detainer, defense of renewal of lease by post card at invitation of plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. D. H. Wamsley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
