Action to recover $250 commission paid to defendant for the purchase of property and $500 alleged to have been charged more than was asked by the owner. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Daniel P. Trade, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Affirmed.
