Action upon an agreement to pay a share of the expenses of defending a suit against defendants and others. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. C. P. McKinley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.
Affirmed.
