Action charging false and fraudulent representations inducing plaintiff to purchase certain bonds. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Donald L. Morrill, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.
Affirmed.
