Assumpsit on a policy of fire insurance upon an automobile. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Tazewell county; the Hon. Charles V. Miles, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1921.
Reversed and remanded.
