Claim against an estate for services. Judgment for plaintiff in county court and in circuit court on appeal under an amended claim for a larger amount. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Clark county; the Hon. Augustus A. Partlow, Judge, presiding. Heard -in this court at the April term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded.
