Action for commission on orders for phonograph cabinets secured by plaintiff and accepted by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Charles A. Williams, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.
Reversed and remanded.
