Action by a minor for personal injuries received in a fall into an elevator shaft on premises owned by defendant. Judgment for defendant on a directed verdict. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. David M. Brothers, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded.
