Action for balance due for dowels sold and delivered. Default judgment for plaintiff. Motions to vacate default, for leave to file an amended affidavit of merits and to strike plaintiff’s counter affidavits overruled. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1922.

Affirmed.
