Action for damages to plaintiff’s automobile in a collision with one owned by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Joseph S. LaBuy, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.

Affirmed.
