Action to recover for expenses caused by defendant’s failure to complete his contract to repair a building. Set-off claim for extra work. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the County Court of Cook county; the Hon. Prank S. Righeimer, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1922.
Reversed and remanded.
