Action to recover money intrusted to defendants and which they refused to return. Suit dismissed as to appellee’s codefendant and judgment for plaintiff against appellee. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Laurence B. Jacobs, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.
Affirmed.
