Action for damages for breach of contract for the sale of oil to defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John A. Bugee, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate - Court at the October term, 1921. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
Affirmed.
