Action to recover for labor and materials furnished in repairing defendant’s automobile. Judgment for appellant for less than the amount of his claim. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Joseph S. LaBuy, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1922.

Affirmed.
