Action for personal injuries to a boy knocked down and run over by defendant’s taxicab. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Marcus Kavanagh, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.
Reversed and remanded.
