Action to recover a bonus or deferred commission on the sale of lots made by plaintiff while in defendant’s employ. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Harry .0. Moran, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1922.
Reversed with finding of fact.
