Bulgarian Macedonian Holy Trinity Church and Christo I. Karabosheff for use of E. C. Robinson Lumber Company, appellee, v. Insurance Company of North America, garnishee, and trustees of Bulgarian Holy Trinity Church, claimants, appellants.
Garnishment proceeding. Finding by the jury that the garnishee was indebted to the judgment debtor and. judgment rendered for the use of the plaintiff. Appeal from the County Court of Madison county; the Hon. J. E. Hillskotter, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1922.
Reversed.
