Action for death of plaintiff’s intestate who was struck by defendants’ automobile. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. David M. Brothers, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).

Affirmed.
