Action for personal injuries received by plaintiff when she was struck by defendant’s motor truck. Judgment for plaintiff. Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Marcus Kavanagh, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.
Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
Affirmed.
