Trespass on the case on promises for money received for the use of plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Harry B. Miller, Juilge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.
Reversed and remanded.
