Replevin for a piano taken hy defendant by mistake for one of its own. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the County Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. John B. Weaver, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.
Reversed and remanded with directions.
