Action for reimbursement on an uncolleetible account turned over to plaintiff on his purchase of the interest of defendant as his partner. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of St. Clair eounty; the Hon. George A. Crow, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.
Reversed with finding of fact.
