Interlocutory order granting a preliminary injunction against appellant who was a party defendant in a bill in the nature of a creditor’s bill to discover property belonging to another. Interlocutory appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Osear M. Torrison, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Reversed.
