Action to recover the value of an overcoat taken from a locker in defendant’s store in which plaintiff was employed. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the-Hon. John A. Bugee, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1921.

Affirmed.
