Action to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by defendants’ motor truck. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Samuel H. Trude, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1921.
Affirmed.
