Action on an insurance policy to recover for damage to plaintiff’s automobile. Judgment for' plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Bernard P. Barasa, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1921.
Affirmed.
