Action for damages for personal injuries received by plaintiff when struek "by defendant’s automobile. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Bichard S, Tuthill, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Affirmed.
