Action for breach of contract to employ plaintiffs to paint a building, as part of a contract for the assignment by plaintiffs to defendant of a contract for a deed to the premises. Judgment for plaintiffs by default. Motion to set aside judgment overruled. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Joseph S. La Buy, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1920.

Affirmed.
