Action by beneficiary to recover death benefit' of her son from the relief department of defendant’s railroad. Judgment for plaintiff on a directed verdict. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Joseph B. David, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Affirmed.
