Action for money due as wages as driver of a milk wagon and to recover a sum deposited as security. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Irwin R. Hazen, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Affirmed on remittitur.
