Suit to ' enjoin defendant from engaging in business in his own name because similarity with complainant’s corporate name resulted in confusion and unfair competition. Permanent injunction granted. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Denis E. Sullivan, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1921.
Affirmed.
