Action on the case by a passenger for personal injuries while on defendant’s electric ear. Judgment for plaintiff for $30,000. Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Hugo Bam, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1921.
Affirmed.
