Motion to vacate and set aside an order to quash and mark satisfied an alias execution issued on the transcript of a judgment in justice’s court. Motion denied. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Thomas G. Windes, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1921.
Reversed.
