Prosecution for operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation of an ordinance. Trial without jury. Defendant convicted. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. William N. Gemmill, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1921.

Reversed.
