Action against defendant for goods sold to another on an agreement by defendant to pay for them. Judgment for plaintiff after remittitur. Appeal from the County Court of Winnebago county; the Hon. Pred E. Carpenter, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.
Reversed and remanded.
