Jesse A. Miller, administrator of the estate of George W. Woodward, deceased, appellee, v. Chester & O’Byrne Transfer Company, appellant.

Action for damages for wrongful death caused by defendant’s taxicab striking deceased while riding on a bicycle. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Champaign county; the Hon. Franklin H. Boggs, Judge, presiding. Heard, in this court at the April term, 1921.

Reversed and remanded.
