Action to recover commissions alleged to be due upon the sale of oil property owned by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Harry Olson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
Affirmed.
