Action for the purchase price and for loss of profits on raisins sold to plaintiffs by defendant which plaintiffs refused to accept because not of the quality contracted for. Amended claim for loss on sale of the raisins and for loss of profits, stricken from the files and suit dismissed. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Charles A. Williams, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1921.
Reversed and remanded.
