The People of the State of Illinois, defendant in error, v. George Sheldon, plaintiff in error.

Gen. No. 6,931.

Prosecution for unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor and with keeping a nuisance by reason of such sales in his home. Defendant convicted and sentenced to fine and imprisonment and dwelling ordered closed until bond given. Error to the County Court of Lake county; the Hon. Perry L. Persons, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1921.

Reversed and remanded.
