Action for damages for injuries received by plaintiff in a collision between an automobile in which she was riding and defendant’s street ear. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Peoria county; the Hon. John M. Niehaus, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1921.

Reversed with finding of facts.
