Action for damages on an injunction bond given in proceedings to restrain the prosecution of a forcible entry and detainer suit. Judgment for plaintiffs. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Daniel P. Trude, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Affirmed with damages.
