Action for damages for personal injuries received when plaintiff was struck by defendant’s automobile. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Oscar E. Heard, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1920. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (maldng opinion final).

Affirmed.
