Action for trespass against a bailiff for the wrongful sale of property of plaintiff taken under a levy. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the County Court of Cook county; the Hon. J. H. Ragsdale, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1920.

Reversed and judgment of nil capiat.
