Action on promissory notes given in payment of subscription to capital stock. Judgment foy plaintiff. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Samuel H. Trade, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920.
Affirmed with damages.
